Tim did not come to Berlin on Saturday. He raced at Kalamazoo. Berlin did post something on their website about Late Model bodies last week saying they would be loading anyone outside the rules. But Tim was not asked to leave because he never shoped up.

I'd have to say the reason Mike decided to change things midway through the season is because Tim destroyed everyone the previous Sat and they tore his car apart and couldn't find anything. What is the truth behind no late models and no traveling series next year anyone know??

I agree part of the issue is probably directly between Mike and Tim but all Berlin did was say they were going to enforce the body rules that were there from the beginning of the year. Whether Tim felt his car was outside those rules or just wanted to get ready for the Klash I don't know. In the drivers meeting on Saturday the way I understood it was that Mike was going to really push the Boyne Late Model series and had some other tracks that were interested in hosting races next year. I didn't hear him say that the series was not coming back. As for the outlaw late models he said they would not be back as a regular weekly series and that he was trying to put something together like the east side has where they race at a few different tracks for a series points fund. It seems to work well on the east side, hopefully they can work something out over hear and keep the outlaw late models going.

he didn't practice; he didn't want to qualify because it required going thru tech; therefore he started at the back. Aren't these actions peculiar??? Then the next week Berlin announces they are going to tech all the cars, he doesn't show up and heads to K-zoo
