Berlin Raceway adds another huge weekend of racing to their already action packed 2009 calendar
Jenison MI- Berlin Raceway is pleased to announce another very exciting weekend of racing. One week following the crowning of Champions for Berlin Raceway’s weekly divisions, race fans and teams will invade the seven-sixteenths mile speedway from all over the country.
Friday night September 25 will see Dirt Late Model teams from around the country to try their hand on the asphalt of Berlin. The Integra 50, a $3,000-to-win event is expected to bring in some of the best dirt talent and this will be the first time Dirt Late Models will race at the Marne speed-plant.
Also on the schedule of events for Friday is an added night for the International SuperModified Association, who already scheduled to compete on Saturday. With the help of ISMA staff and owner Howie Lane, Berlin Raceway was able to bring in this unique East-Coast based group for another 30-lap feature.
“We are really happy to be able to put this package together and make another great weekend of racing out at Berlin. Getting the Dirt Late Models on the track to see just how fast they can go will be something that nobody should miss. Add ISMA to that and it’s truly going to be a fantastic show, at a great ticket price,” stated Mike Blackmer.
Saturday night, September 26 is night number two for ISMA and they will be joined by the Auto Value Bumper to Bumper Super Sprint cars, and triple sanctioned Midgets including USAC, WOMS, and UMARA.
Tickets are only $15 for Friday night and $20 on Saturday. Kids 12 and under always $5, and under 5 is free. A general admission ticket package is also available for just $30 for both Friday and Saturday night!

WOW!! Sounds like a really fun weekend. We just love the Supers, and adding a night , plus the dirt LM's will be special indeed. Good work Berlin! The open wheel special was one of the best attended and most entertaining shows of the year, Hope the weather cooperates. It can really be a crap shoot that time of year. I'll have my fingers AND toes crossed for this one!
