39 cars or more: (2 Last Chance Races): $100-100-600-500-400(5th)-375-350-325-300-300(10th)-250 11th on back

Last Chance race will pay $25-25-25-25-120-115-110-105-100 on back

How the Klash Field will be Set:
Positions 1-20: The fastest 20 qualifiers
Positions 21-24: After qualifying cars not locked in will be split into odd and even last chance races. The top two finishers from each last chance race will advance to the Klash. If there are 38 cars or less there will be one last chance race and four cars will transfer.
Position 25: After qualifying the driver receiving the most votes from the fans that is not locked in to the feature will be awarded the 25th starting position. That driver may choose to race in their last chance race to improve their starting position. In the case the fan vote driver races their way into the feature via the last chance race, the field will be trimmed to 24 cars.

Simplified Klash Race Format/Rules
· 150 laps - two segments of 100 laps & 50 laps, with a short break between the two segments.
· All Double File restarts, even in the Last Chance races
· Tire rule will be any Hoosier 970 purchased from the track on August 11th or 12th. Any tires purchased from the track on the 11th will be impounded overnight.
· No Entry Fee for anyone pre-entered…..$50 entry fee day of the race!
· Please email your entry to shawn@kalamazoospeedway.com, put “Klash Entry” in the subject line. Include: Full Name of Driver, Car #, Hometown & Car Owner
· The weight rules will be as follows:
2700 lbs.-Cast iron head with 6 ½” or taller oil pan with internal oil pump.
2750 lbs.-Any other oil pan/head combination
· Raceceiver’s are mandatory for Late Models. They will be available for rent at the track for $60.
· There will be a practice on Tuesday August 11th that will be open to all Late Models and Sportsman
· All trophies will be furnished by Sweet Manufacturing (www.sweetmfg.biz)
· A Lucky Dog Free Pass will be given to the highest running car at each caution not on the lead lap. This will include a Free Pass at the 100 lap mark for one lucky driver.
